Auto RT/Like Setting For Followliker

Hello, been using FL for twitter for a while now,
How do i setup the accounts on FL to automatically retweet a user's tweets whenever they tweet, more like an auto RT/Like service, i have tried all the settings possible on the bot but it never seem to get what i want, it goes to retweet/like some old tweets of months/years ago. (Yes i did set it to retweet recent tweets)
Please how do i set it to retweet a user tweets within hours, thanks...
Note: i have also tried reading their tutorial but still not getting it.
It'll be nice if i get a particular step or setting on how to get this done

After using the settings on the faq, it scrapes the tweets but not all my accounts retweet, just two or three might but that’s where it stops and the remaining don’t. Is there any other little setting to make the other accounts retweet and like well. Thanks
