how these people uploading movies

How in the hell these people uploading full movies in youtube without getting any copyright. Whenever i upload a full movie i directly get strike or it says video blocked worldwide but they are bypassing it . is there is any trick which i am missing ??

& i just uploaded the remix video witg lots of cut & edits but still youtube giving strikes to me...

Its all about the way u go through doing things, may be he actually have rights for it or may be when a auto copyright comes he responds to it with some offer n made a deal with copyright holder?
 
Because they are Indian. If it were English I suspect there would be fast copyrights. Most business's pay 3rd party company's to go out and implement copyright take downs.

My logic is these Indian movie company's either don't care, or don't have unlimited funds like the large English/American business's do.

omg, this makes sense to me.
 
actually it happens for indian movies too, practically all the film makers give rights to some organisation for managing rights. like in east india ull get notice from only 3 orgs for all movies / videosongs

They care bro i already got lots of strike & some are instant too & for movie they specially block my movie for worldwide...

Well I would assume it depends on how high / where you're ranking, if you come under the radar you will likely get the hit.

I would think these guys will get hit soon enough as well etc.
 
i tried everything to bypass copyright but no luck, im still doing some thinking on how others can easily bypass them
 
ya me too, when i upload copyright thing, it automatically comes as disabled in all countries. but many others still have same videos.
