Skrill - Payment Gateway, anyone tried?

I want to change PayPal for something else where chargeback or refund policy is not so random. In my experience, winning PayPal dispute is 50:50. Sometimes you win, sometimes buyer win. Not important if he has cheated you or it's digital product. It's random and good will.

I though about cryptocurrencies for my websites to sell digital products. However, it's difficult for most of users and there are only 5 mln of active btc users. *200 mln PayPal.


Skrill should be some alternative, of course not many people have skrill but it offers payment gateway with country payment methods.

For example in my country I can use 15+ methods and Przelewy24 (instant payment from all banks).
Credit cards, wire transfers are supported. So I think it's better than PayPal.

Verification is not instant, still waiting. Anyone have merchant account and got verified?

Very true about paypal , also I wrote an entire thread about paypal alternatives last year. Anyway I got skrill and it doesn;t take much long to get verified. But my concern is the transaction fee they take to wire. apart from that it's cool.

I have debit card on my personal account so it's cheaper than wire fee. PayPal is worse because they are stealing a lot from sales. If you have for example $50 product, they will steal $3-$10, depends to country of buyer. It's not removed from buyer balance but seller balance.

I understand you. I am not a fan of paypal at all. I will check out the debit card charges on skrill.
