As described, some good tips. Can't say much more as it's a guide.

If you don't mind answering do you know a way to get around this:

A friend uses his apypal as merchant he trades virtual items from games, he made 1600€ in profit over a few months, he deposits the cash in a website in each transaction so he had 0$ on paypal but paypal took 1600€ from his account asking him to provide information and later told him that he would need to return the money to the account, but if he did that he would go back to 0€ thus no profit made at all and paypal would keep the 1600€ pretty much.

It's a bit hard to explain but do you know of a way to get around a similar situation?

How is paypal even allowed to take his money after he provides the information?

They claimed it was against their ToS to receive payments as "friends and family" when in reality he's selling & buying. (If you use the "buying products" option when you send money you can ask for a refund later and you'll win 99% of the times, it's what most people do to scam but if you do friedns adn family you can't refund thats why he was using "friends and family") so they said he would need to deposit 1600€ in the account to get it to 0€ pretty much giving paypal 1600€ simply because he was using friends and family as option for buying/selling payments

That sucks ;/

If you have any question regarding the Paypal Ninja Guide, please let me know! It took a lot of effort to write it and I think those of you that use paypal a lot, can benefit from reading it. :)

PP is corrupt af, they freeze any account if they think a transfer or account is "suspicious".
What they do with your money on your frozen account is a "mystery".

PP is usefull to do certain payments, as it is cheap and fast. But i will never use it for business legal or illegal. And if you do my personal recommendation is keep the balance low, use it, withdraw it. But do not give them a chance to get your money locked/lost.

Nonetheless i do not want to mess with the business of the Mr.Burnham. I know a way to abuse PP outside the chargeback shit.
There may be even more options, But i guess i need to read the guide. If it fits to your scheme then you could work it out anyhow.

In this guide you can learn how to avoid limitations, withdraw your funds safely and more.

The Paypal Ninja guide can help you keep your account in a good status and help you avoid and overcome limitations.

Getting limited on Paypal is bad, but don't worry there are several workarounds. The Paypal Ninja guide will show you some of them.

Does it also helps us if we live in a country where paypal is unavailable?

Please is there any way to recover a funds inside limited paypal after stipulated time of 180days.

Does this count if you're selling porn related services which is against Paypals terms and conditions? i.e. premium snapchat but the sales page mentions nothing specific about porn, only that it's premium.

The info that is relevant to your question is very limited. I have seen sellers selling PP accs with RDPs so maybe this is what you are looking for. I am from a country that Paypal is available so I did not do much research in this.

As far as I know, after 180 days, you are given the option to withdraw either to a bank or by getting a check.

If you are selling anything that breaks PP ToS what you have to do, is to resolve (refund) before the issue goes to manual inspection stage and a Paypal employee looks into your account activity.

Gotcha, that's generally what I've been doing. Any info in the guide regarding earning larger amounts (but in small payments) and avoiding any manual inspections or freezing of accounts!
