One of my website's TF has gone from 12 to 0 and CF has increased from 14 to 16. What can be the reason? Is it too bad?

Dont pay much attention to these metrics check your links quality and anchor text ratio.

This is common. TF changes every day. If the domain is low RD, then this is absolutely normal. TF oftentimes hangs on one stronger link. Once that gets deleted or if Majestic crawls it wrong, then TF drops to zero.

Better to check once again your site with root domain option in majestic TF checker tool. If you did this before and found the same as you mentioned above, just check the link building history and remove the broken/damaged links which is possible. If you found all good, just relax and wait for few days and check again. It will rise soon.
