Any suggestions?

I legit cannot find a non-affiliate linked service, what are people using? I know a day doesn't go by when somebody doesn't mention investing in Bitcoin etc, but they never say what they are using.

First of all, are you looking for an investing platform specifically for cryptocurrencies?
If so, there is already plenty information in Cryptocurrency subforum.

Personally I don't advice eToro, only for practice with virtual money.

Are you looking to trade crypto or alto or booth ?

Use GDAX, It's owned by coinbase. If you have a coinbase account than you have a GDAX account and the fees are much less.

TL;DR: Coinbase first. Bittrex and Poloniex once your trading skills get better.

Like others had said above eToro is trash.

Since you're starting off with the cryptogame, I recommend using: Coinbase.
Coinbase has a quick acceptance rate and allows you to get started on trading the big 3 cryptos (BTC, ETH, LTC). Yeah there's high transaction fees, but as a beginner you have to start somewhere.

Once you get better at trading, go for sites like Bittrex and Poloniex. They'll let you invest in altcoins (do at your own risk) and other currencies like that.

Well there's a lot of scope in Crypto right NOW, but there are opportunities outside of crypto for sure so I didn't want to be limited to just one, so all!

Out of pure curiousity, why is eToro so bad? It looks pretty similar to other services, well.. from the sales pitch anyway. Checking out coinbase now, very nice app :D

Don't know why they were so agressive against eToro, no need for that, and it is not a scam(had no insues when used it). Just don't like their fees and their platform feels more focused in social interection/approval. Some say it can be helpful to share each ones views etc, for me it's more like a distraction. Test it yourself, is the best way to know ;)

For cryptocurrencies only, I advise Bittrex.

They have a magical freezing platform, that freezes at the most conviniet times for eToro. And there is the fact that they are a dealing desk. I could go on, but I haven't got all day. Just take some advice, and stay away from eToro.

okex for trading cripto
cex for adding money

Hey, I've traded with both and they all do different things.

eToro is not a scam, it's a CFD platform. You trade the difference in price (not the crypto), you don't actually have the coins you buy, you have their value at the time of purchase. So if you're interested in daily trading on price, then that's the best platform out there.

Coinbase is a brokerage, you buy the actual coin and hold it. Crypto comes from their own pool of coins (they buy it from somewhere and store it to sell). So if you want to buy quickly and easily to store for later, it's the best place to go.

Binance is an exchange. That's where people exchange their crypto from one to another. That's if you want to be able to have the crypto coins/tokens and be able to exchange into different coins (be it for price fluctuations or preference or other reasons).

So it all depends on what you need/want :)

I work fair bit with crypto industry and use all these platforms. For rapid price changes I use eToro (kind of quick gains), and Binance to trade and have my coins (HODL). To buy on Binance you need to transfer coins there, so I use coinbase to buy Ether or Bitcoin.

whats the connection between both?
etoro is cfds
coinbase is buying assets for us ppl onlt

Bittrex IMO. When you want to hit smaller market caps then I personally go for Kucoin.
