eToro? Coinbase? Best Investment platform?

I used eToro before. They have stupid rules. They don't allow withdraw funds to the card, but if you funded your account with credit card this amount will be refunded back to the card when your next withdrawing. Even if you don't use this card or bank anymore money will be send there. They don't even ask you about it. It can make problems in future.
