Websites with 150 + articles

I started few websites 3 months back and have added more than 150 articles per website. I have not made any links for them accept some comment links. However, they are getting only 5-10 page views a day through Google. In the past I used to get about 100 page views for such websites. I planned to add more than 1000 articles per website in first 6 months but stats have demotivated me.

All the content posted on these websites is genuine and unique. What might be the reason for such low traffic ?

Similarity probably (Panda Updates). Google doesn't care about quantity anymore.
It's better to have 5 Power pages with 5000-7000 words extremely informative and useful than 1000 random articles.

Try other backlinks techniques to increase traffic. Guest post and PBNs will be helpful. Make quality and interactive content to get visitors attention.

I wanted to test this without backlinks as such websites worked for me in past. At least such sites used to get traffic through long tail keywords.

If you have quality content, you can do social media promotion. If they like definitely your posts will be shared and get engaged.

It is quality content but not something that people will share. General informative type articles.

I was trying keywords with less searches actually to avoid high competition.

Better try to rank already written articles with unique web 2.0 and social signals

has your domain been spam flagged ?
is the seo format correct ?

are you useing headers for every keyword and correctly adding the correct number of keywords in the article?

Domain is brand new, no spam as there are no back links created at all. On page SEO is just ok.

Yes, it is indexed. I get 10-15 page views a day through Google search as shown in Statcounter. I am using Statcounter to check traffic.

if the domain is indexed in google then the onsite seo correct and all articles are seo formatted properly and everthink is keyword researched properly .

it time to use yoast plugin there must be a problam with the seo or the speed of the page.

have you added a cache to speed the website up?

there no algo change and everyone else is ranking fine ...

try smacking 100 web 2.0 at the root of the domain ....

see what happens ...

use rankerx or gsa with addon list, serengine for gsa is best.
