Not saying that but when misinterpreted it can be quite mean.
Specially for outsiders that don't get it.
Have british friends after living in my country for a while agreed with me.
I like it personally but when chatting it's not that easy to understand.

Today is my boss' birthday, so I went and grabbed a pretty nice looking strawberry cheesecake on my way into the office this morning. Had it on the passenger seat, and forgot to buckle it in. Had to slam on the brakes to avoid a collision, and the cheesecake smashed into the glovebox, the box broke open, and it landed in a messy pile all over my passenger seat floorboard.
$30 cheesecake ruined, floor mat is pretty much ruined, and it's going to take a good amount of 303 Aerospace and elbow grease to get all the cake off the glove box area. However, on the plus side, it was hilarious when it first happened, and now my car smells incredible.

To be fair, questions or discussions on how the forum is managed, or why we made certain decisions - there's nothing wrong with that. I don't consider the first post in this thread to be disrespectful - a little grumpy at most
Past a certain point, we have to draw the line when it gets aggressive or confrontational. Also, trolling about something or making snide jabs often gets tedious because there's no direct question to address. Not only that, it discourages constructive discussions because people think they may be attacked for an outlying opinion. Otherwise, posting "jokey" or sarcastic comments where the joke isn't obvious becomes problematic, because newbies will often miss the nuances and think that it's acceptable behaviour.
We don't want to stop anyone enjoying themselves but that also includes people who don't want to be trolled or targetted.
