I received my report yesterday (5 links), so I have obligation to share details for all potential users (because I always read reviews before order):

Communication: 5/5 - this guy is not in this business from yesterday, and he is aware how communication is important. Email conversation was perfect, answering on my questions in no time
Time of delivery: 5/5 - got my 5 links in 10 days which is actually great because he needed to contact lot of edu admins, they needed to confirm listing and provide live URLs
PA/DA of sites : 3/5 (there is so many links placed page with PA 42 and other have PA1 - I don't expect any revolutionary benefits from this side)
DAs: 86, 86, 73, 70, 61 - nice
PAs: 1, 1, 1, 1, 42 (this page has 100s of scholarship links)
I think this could work to improve TF & trust factor of my site, nothing else.
Traffic Potential: 0/5 - really don't expect any traffic benefits from this link type (normal)

Final verdict:
I think that each "serious project" should invest in few scholarship links to diversify its link portfolio.
It is too early to talk about any real benefits from these links, but the feeling is good :)
On the other hand, these links are not permanent and will be removed in 6-8 months :(
Anyway, if you decide to go with this type of links, luhasr should be your No. 1 choice (recommended).

You're not actually giving out a scholarship? This is a fraudulent service, you're lying to colleges and universities by telling them your client has a scholarship. They link to the site but you never actually give a scholarship.

Thats good question , This is 100% depends on the clients, My most of the clients from eCommerce website owners yes they doing that. Also include student discounts and staff discounts as well.Most of them from local so they don't want to destroy their reputation.Again am saying this 100% depends on the clients.
