Does IFTTT possess threat to instagram?

I am thinking of using IFTTT such that whatever I upload on instagram gets automated to twitter. So wanted to ask you does using IFTTT possess any threat to my account? (I know you can't tell what instagram does but anyone using them successfully and not getting their account banned?)

hotsuite better ...

but iftt works fine ...

account ban are hard to judge ppl seem to get ban even if there good or bad random shite ...

only post a thu times a day to be safe ...

I am using Hootsuite for Instagram but want to again post those on twitter automatically so I was asking. I am not posting to instagram. I am posting from instagram to twitter. So I guess I am not voilating their terms.
Anyway thanks. But didnot understand last one. You mean two times a day or three times a day?

I've been using IFTTT to auto post my insta photos to twitter as image tweet for quite some time now. All IFTTT does is use your publicly available info from instagram and posts it to twitter. So there is actually no risk to your insta account at all.
