I appreciate that... that the rules are there for a reason and a good reason at that... and I am against spam and other such things... but I want to talk to people and if I see something I think I can learn or a product I am interesting in then I want to PM the person to ask any question I might have so I am eager to ...within the rules.... be able to talk to other members here.... so that is why I am wanting to PM and understanding what is required in order to PM is all I am asking... if it takes me two months to get there or to pay to be a paid member or whatever I am okay with that I simply want to understand.... and I do not.... and a lot of people who join apparently have the same question.... so maybe ... I am just saying maybe.... it needs to be explained better.... for example your explanation while I appreciate your effort to help me does not explain to me .... I am hoping someone will see this and have some mercy
