I paid money, but software is not working, and moreover it does NOT have the promised Ahres data.
Where is it? Did you LIE?

Other buttons work, this one does't! Looks like this one was coded badly, works in some browsers only.
You need million screenshots for this? I CAN click on the button!

I WROTE - I installed java by link from your installation program. It starts working, but after closing, won`t not start anymore.
I had no java before!

This is not a support thread it never has been, this is a sales thread. I'm happy to answer your questions, sounds like the support form is working for you in a different browser, please log a support ticket with your question.

We do not promise Ahrefs data inside Domain Ronin, we use Ahrefs inside SpamZilla for their backlink anchor text data. Users do not need an account for this data. We have also just released (this week) SpamZilla.io which Domain Ronin can directly connect to and you can see Ahrefs data inside SpamZilla.io for any domain that you sent to SpamZilla from Domain Ronin. There is no extra cost for this.

I've just instructed our developers to update Domain Ronin to make the Java version requirement more clear and fix an incorrect linking. Please go and install the latest JRE version (http://www.oracle.com/technetwork/java/javase/downloads/jre8-downloads-2133155.html) and uninstall the previous versions of Java via Add/Remove programs

I can understand you've paid for Domain Ronin and not been able to use it so far, I will adjust your expiry date to allow you the full subscription.

This is the last support I want to do in this thread, please log a ticket to continue our discussions.

I am not happy with the quality of this software. I don't need any "inside SpamZilla.io" data, and don't need the service where my domain investigations will be stored on some of your servers. I don't need such (spying?) software. I don't need software not working for 3-days without support. I've been waiting for 2 days for your answer!

You don't clearly decribe Ronin in your sales thread, you promised all in one program. You don't say `We do not promise "Ahrefs data inside Domain Ronin"`, about necessity to go to your site SpamZilla.io to get the data and even Java-dependences!
So, just make refund.

We still have not received a support ticket from you, I'm happy to send you a refund, but you've only communicated with us via BHW and we don't even know the email address on the account to refund. How can we provide you with support when you neglect to log a support ticket. We answer all Domain Ronin support tickets in around 7-8hrs. But we can't answer any support tickets THAT DON'T GET LOGGED!!

Spying software, what are you talking about. We've been providing domain services for years, we have thousands of happy customers and we've never spied, cheated or stolen from anyone. SpamZilla is an added bonus for Domain Ronin users and we're getting great feedback already. So don't come into our sales thread with false accusations.

So send me your email address and I'll be very happy to refund you.
