How are you setting up your VPN's/virgin proxies: Are you using a service or is that something you're manually creating?
I use dedicated virgin VPN for established accounts and use phone tethering for newer accounts.
You can get a paypal linked to a bank account in another country or link merchant gateways but it does make it much more difficult.

Sales been down the gutter for 1 to 2 years now despite having way more inventory now and still having most of my old restockable inventory that was selling well for years.
So has my product views, despite eBay supposedly growing.
Competition appears to be no more then it used to be.
Could you provide accurate insight as towards how to beat the new Cassini changes?
Most the online guides are bullocks and many of them don't even really make sense.
Or am I likely just getting robbed of tons of sales due to people spending tons of % on promoted listings?
I do use promoted but can't really compete on the advertising costs for most products.

They tweak it all the time. There is no proven method go game the searches for all items. My experience is that something that works in one niche is completely useless on others.
My experience is that promoted listings make very little difference either way.

Generally if your ebay fees are the ONLY problems with the account once you pay it your account will be reinstated. However, if there are other issues with the account what will probably happen is that they will still keep your account banned. Remember, it's perfectly legal for eBay/Paypal reps to lie to you telling you that your account may be reinstated once you pay even if they know they wont.

This is they real question whenever you are starting out, because most niches are pretty much saturated with sellers already. There are many strategies to come up with what to sell. You must fit your method to take advantage of what resources available where you are at. For example, I am within US and I have access to direct manufacturing within US. So I charge higher prices than someone drop shipping from China since I can do my own quality check and can ship same day. You must decide what advantages you have over other sellers. If you have none, the answer may be that anything other than arbitrage selling is not for you.
There are plenty of free info on the internet on how to do this.
Hello, few days ago I made new ebay account. Also made new Paypal account. On ebay/com it shows that i can list 50 free listings, but I was able to list only one listings and I added quantity 10. Now everything is sold out, want to again sell it but when i press "List item" it says request higher limits and call ebay. I called them and entered that one time pass and it said that everything is okay and can't lift limits. But I still see that I have 49 free listings but can't add anything, why is that so? What to do? Also got some feedbacks from buyers, have 4 feedbacks
You are confusing free listings versus selling limits. Your selling limit is 10 items. eBay is letting you list 50 items per month without a listing fee. No listing fee promotion does not affect your selling limit.
How to increase my selling limit?
You either call in or list to the limit every month and they will start lifting it automatically

If you're gonna do all that I would recommend looking into business credit too on the creditboards. For that reason I'm just getting one in my state and renting part of a space in the bad part of town for cheap just for a real address.
Well not sure if this thread is still going but if I wanted to have a dropshipping site where I bought everything from eBay would that get me in trouble with paypal? I know you can add the buyers address in paypal before buying on eBay but I wonder if you do that 1000 times will they get mad?
