No. eBay has most buyers in US so it is shaped for buyers in US, but for sellers, there is difference in how they treat you.
I didn't see any substantial difference between US and UK accounts and I have no experience with other european accounts
I posted a thread about this hoping you can help...
tons of sellers and even power sellers are listing e-liquid ( a product with nicotine) on ebay and selling thousands of bottles. This is technically prohibited but no one is getting banned, none of these sellers with thousands of feedback seem concerned..do you know anything about this?

I have some questions.
I am thinking to start doing dropshipping through Amazon or aliexpress.
The question is: in product location can I put China or Uk while I am in Portugal?
I explain in detail the delivery times. Another question: is there any free tool that analyzes Amazon products to then put on eBay for sale? I'm waiting for help.

Just because you can't sell them doesn't mean sellers from other countries can't. That's been my experience.
There are literally dozens of guide online that rehashes the same thing.
You will be scammed...A LOT, since there is no selling protection for gift card codes and on physical gift cards all a buyer has to do is claim you sent him used gift cards to force a refund.
Yes. Dropshipping is allowed on eBay as long as you don't lie about the location and the ship time and item is available to ship within the stated ship time when item is put up for sale.
No. And would you even want to give access to your eBay account for free apps? They must be making money somehow, right?

I have account and it is below standard, and I am unable to sell on US ebay, but I am selling on UK(above standard) and getting positive feedback, is it possible to get to above standard to US selling through UK?
Or how can i get back from below standard if i am not able to sell anything on US ebay?

As far as I know there are two standards, your local and global, and global is included in your local. Now the important thing is, did they reduce your selling limit or ban you from selling in US? If they did, I would just stop on that account and start running stealth accounts, since restricted accounts will always be red flagged even if reinstated.
How can I know if I am banned from selling on US?

Damn that's a pity... I thought since people are selling game keys on ebay it would be easy.
So I can only do amazon to ebay dropshipping I guess. Do you know a good bot for auto listings and price changer for ebay?
If you try to list an item and you can't list it, then you're banned.
Well, that's because people are selling pirated keys so their cost of acquisition is literally zero, so if they're getting scammed on half their sales they're still making more $ per sale than I am.
Okay I am not able to sell in US, as it gives me error that my account is below standard.
If I am new ebay account i need to make new paypal account also or I can use existing paypal account on new ebay?
