Read the entire article. This is mainly for removing content that is deemed as promoting violence and extremism. Unless you are promoting that sort of stuff & linking anything of that sort to earning money - you are safe from these 10k noobs.

Youtube are despratly trying to move from the ads scheme they have now. To a platform like thing. Similar to Netflix. But it will never gonna happen.
10k living filters this is what i see.. Only that way big companies will keep using YT for advertising. They dont have other options. They need to keep the earning stable since last year they went through a crisis big comopanies closed thier contracts with them due to the matirial thier ads were placed on.. Liberal BS. Am moving to PornHub xD
