Well first of all, you need a decent chunk of money to really jump into the market and make a dint but it all really depends on how much you want to invest and your risk tolerance. Also make sure you are able to even sell on Amazon before you waste a bunch of time learning about it. But the first thing you want to do is Product research, find a product that meets all the criteria!

How much is the minimum amount for "decent chunk of money" 2k, 3k, 4k? Risk tolerance...I'm a gambler. Big A have approved me to sell FBA and they've charge me $39 for pro account already. I was going to do RA and grabbed like a dozen Logitech gaming mice at 50% off but then I find out they won't accept my retail receipt because Logitech is a restricted brand, arghh. So that's why I'm looking into private label...the hell with RA, too many restrictions.

Im assuming you mean how to get the "Best Sellers" badge on your listing? The best sellers badge is specific to each sub-category, you have to be selling the most amount of units on a daily basis within your sub-category to get the Best Sellers badge
Id say you want at least 3k/4k to start but the more the better. I only do the PL model, no OA/RA/WS.
As far as criteria, you want a product that has
-existing demand
-low reviews
-something you want add value to/improve upon
-30%+ profit margin
-100%+ ROI
-lightweight (shipping costs from China can get expensive)
-not patented
A few more things but thats the basic stuff
that sounds like a question you should ask Google

How do you go about finding a product that fits all those criteria? Don't think you're manually looking at each one, that will take forever and a day to find that qualifying product?

I do not want to Register Brand but I want to Private Label My Product and Make Private Listing. I will Design Custom Packet and Logo in the Box.
But I am confused about UPC and gs1.org.
Let's say, I want to Send 5000 Products to FBA, Do I need to get 5K UPC code for Indivudal Products and Put them All when I list on Amazon?
So can you please suggest me?

There is tons of ways to look for product ideas. There is even 3rd party software that helps with this, but I don't recommend the use of them due to the fact thats what everybody does and it can cause saturation, however I do recommend the use of product validation software that quickly helps determine if a product is viable
No! you only need 1 UPC per SKU and you dont HAVE TO buy from gs1, you can by from a 3rd party UPC reseller
Turn on PPC and do a DEEPLY discounted exclusive single use coupon code promotion. You would need to find a way to distribute the coupons. Remember Amazon is a long term game. Its not about making instant profits!

If you are in a competitive niche but a fairly unique product in that niche how do you get your product so its seen without spending a fortune on ads

Which tool do suggest for product hunting, Jungle scout or Amazeowl ?
I know junglescout is known to shoot to high with estimates and Amazeowl is known to shoot to low in terms product profit estimates. Have you used both ? Which can you suggest ? If at all any of the two i spoke off.

I have a private group of Amazon customers I pay to do reviews for me. but the legit ways would be email follows ups
