Zyfer aka Skymark Digital Solutions is a scam artist.

Even though I noticed he got banned in the cover of night, and there was no public shit list.

I was working with him at the time, and got screwed. I personally feel that a thread such as this, should exist, to be some deterrent from would be future clients. All he does is threaten and never follow through with his work.

'I'll do what I need to do' was in reference to a chargeback on my credit card.
He thought he was safe since I paid via paypal friends/family.

His last two comments are borderline harassment, legally.

Credit Cards(not debit cards) have that built in protection. It's the beauty of them.

I've read stories where sellers lost their paypal dispute and their credit card chargeback came through for them.

He has a way of doing Yelp reviews. I'm working with him and have asked him why he didn't deliver within the time frame he said. He replied saying that the Yelp algorithm is hard and that be needs more time.

I didn't receive merchandise. It's already been done. Took a few clicks online. Very simple. Have numerous credit cards, and never a chargeback. If I have never done one. I doubt it will be an issue.

Screenshot speaks for itself. I got the same excuse. He's just dragging you along. He told me my reviews were filtered, until I pointed out that you can see Yelp's filtered reviews and they weren't there either. Then he was just quiet.
Don't get scammed, since there is no repercussions for him, since he's already banned from here.

@Jiung That's right. As i worked with him once and he paid me upfront payment instantly. After that we never worked so not sure about him.

I wouldn't bother to try and keep doing business with someone who threatens me after not doing his part. But that's just me.

I'm actually the one that banned him and anyone doing business with him is nuts as I know a whole lot about how he operates and what happens if things go south with him.

There is a lot more to him and his company than is out in the public as I have PMs from people that share some of his business practices and I'd never do business with him.
