Just open one with a BS name, but chose an Asian country when signing up so that you can verify it through vcc because US, UK, gayfals cant be verified through vcc

U cant verify US pay pal by using a VCC only, it will only increase the spending limit, u will still need a bank account to complete the verification process. Look for a good source of Virtual Bank Account. If u can manage that u can open as many pay pal u want by using fake name and address. U just will have to verify it using a Virtual Bank Account.

Yup, reregister with your name if you like, or a a friend or family member, with their knowledge of course. Order a free prepaid card online from netspend.com. They are very well known. Will take a few days to come, then add the Bank account. It has a bank account number and routing number. Works just like a bank account because it accepts direct deposit. They even have a tab you click on their site just for Paypal account transfers. Been doing for about 4 years, sometimes my account balance would go negative and I just reopen an account, have never had a problem. But don't use a fake SSN if they ask, your account will be limited and you will never see your cash! Good luck!
