use rooted bluestacks + BStweaker to change the device id imei etc. alternatively you can use memu, its a lot faster though and not as laggy as bluestacks.
make sure youre using dynamic/new ip for each account creation.

can use roatating proxies but be carfull some proxie services are useless

proxies must be virgin and good ones.

dynamic ip is useing your own home ip and changing the ip can be done via turning router off and on or forcing the mac address on the router app it self.

Use Bluestacks version that is compatible with BS Tweaker V.3.210 ( I'll share it here if at least a few are interested and lazy) mine Bluestacks is 3.50.50
Change the Unique ID on the tweaker, it changes IMEI, Android ID, Wifi Mac
Change Phone model ; Change Google ad ID
Switch off and on the VPN each time u create a new account
Clear the cookies
I'd also advise u to change the user agent if you are serious about the longevity of the accounts.

You'll hide your real ip address and you'll hide the traffic from your ISP (which is not the goal in this case), but Google will still be able to track you via device id etc.

i am actually using NOX,its cool and fast,do you know how i can do the same and hide myself completely in nox please please?
