Wow this is pretty special than. I have a feeling that your niche is very focused, because growing organically doesnt normally bring this many followers. I have a 2.5 k account grown over a 3month period I post each day, quality photos and I didnt get this kind of growth.

My niche is very broad actually, so there's a lot of content I can choose from. Also, an account that's very niche focused doesn't always work out. I have this Game of Thrones account at just above 200k and the only time it gets me solid growth is when a season is live, other than that, I get like 300~ followers daily by just posting a few times a day.
Also, by high quality posts I'm talking about pictures that will get your account to explore, only then you'll be able to expose yourself to millions(not exaggerating). I reach 3 million accounts in a month, and get 8 million views in a month

Hmm ok. But man... A lot of people on here have multiple accounts, they grow and sell them or monetize them. And then Im here with my only ( luxury niche btw )account, growing organically and very slowly. I dont even know what to think of this..

I've tried luxury before and I can say from experience it's probably one of the hardest niches I've grown, however, in the end you get to sell a lot of promotions so that's something positive about that niche. I would personally quit that niche and try a different niche that isn't necessarily as profitable but is definitely easier to grow.

I dont think It is smart to throw 3 months of work out of the window just to start something new, I guess I will just stick to this. But what is your view on people who grow their accs with bots etc compared to the people who do it all organically?

I don't know a lot about how people bot or how effective their bots are, but all I want to say about that matter is that growing organically has worked out perfectly fine for me and that I've never needed bots to grow

Probably - but it is pretty funny. Everybody asking about bots when all you have to do is post quality content and work the hashtags a little bit.
