Ebay account provided with 25 sales history - aged account was a month old, limits as stated - 1000 items / $25k value.

Attached gmail and paypal account provided as stated with google voice text verification working, paypal account still had funds on hold for 21 days but no issues otherwise. Good support from seller who was quick to answer queries and provide information.

Great question as of now these are personal accounts. Although I will have some business accounts with 5000/50k limits very soon, just building and aging them now
