Recently, I created a wordpress themed adult tube. I really dont know the in depths on how can i gain traffics and also my site is not loading that fast, What should i do? Right now, I cant afford paid plugins so i cant really afford any that needs to be paid. Please help me how to gain more traffic and how to fasten load speed of my site. BTW, im only embedding videos from adult sites

I'm pretty sure you don't mean Adsense. That's publishing google ads on your site for monetization and they don't allow it on adult sites.

From i geard Crakrevenue is good for monetising adult content website. Check reviews on it in google and use it. Also try adult cams etc.

As for loading speed you can use cache plugin . They are free . Also check host speed too.

To add to above, I think video thumbnails are important, since its the first thing that they'll see and the first of the video rarely makes the best thumbnail.
Although my knowledge might be obsolete in that regard and there are free plugins that do that automatically.

Sixth : a Good Image optimizer I have tried ewww and smush it but I prefer TP image its slower but does a MUCH better job and is FREE i get up to 70% compression with virtually no quality loss
Seventh : WP Db Cleaner - Plugin on repository
Eighth : Decent Hosting there are plenty of options out there JUST stay away from shared
