Despite everything, Google still knows my IP address

I work for the ISP though ;)

Nope. VoIP engineer and software & web developer.

So you are a VoIP engineer working at an ISP. Yet, you don't know that IP address can't be faked on the http header level. Also you want to create a http-requests based bot for Google acc generation...

Dude, you are delusional at best.

You're wrong. I don't know if you understand basic logic or not, but you can't know something until you learn it. The idea of a forum is to learn from people who have a high chance of being able to help. I asked a question, and got an answer. Do you think you should be insulted every time you ask a question because you didn't already know the answer?

Don't wrongly tell me what my intentions are. I never said I wanted to do it with http requests. As you've obviously gone on my profile to try to find material to throw at me, which is quite an autistic thing to do, perhaps you should read the entirety of that thread.

What are you trying to say with your outdated memes?

The basic logic is that a VoIP engineer knows how the Internet Protocol works.

At this point, I am not even sure if you are trolling or serious.
