Is AliExpress cracking down on dropshippers?

Someone commented on a thread about them cracking down on dropshippers because it got too big? Is this true?

Reduced direct customer, fewer refunds because most successful dropsellers will right off the odd reversed payment etc.

Ony thing I've seen is IPs being blocked for scrapping their site
