I'd advise you to not send so many direct messages with a new Instagram account as your account can be flagged by IG.

There are some threads that explain how to create multiple accounts easy. I think with bluestacks.

Are we talking about a personal account?
Or you want to grow something to make money out of it?
If it's the 2nd one first of all think of a niche you are familiar with and you are going yo invest time in it.
Find a method how to create it.
Choose some big pages that have same niche as you picked.
Start by following people on that page posts and like posts.
Go slow. 50 follows every 2 hours first couple days.
Dont forget to post contect that are getting many likes on other pages. Post 2 - 3 pictures per day. Always credit the owner you took the picture/video.
Try avoiding hashtags.
After couple days start by increasing the number of people you follow. Around 80-90 per hour. Not more than 700-800 daily.

My personal experience. Hashtags can shadow ban your account.
I gave up on hashtags long ago. Working fine for me.

As far as i know you can't check. However you can notice if its shadow banned because the engagement on your account will drop significantly. You will receive low amount of likes / comments etc.

ok, I have round about 10% liking rate - so my accounts are not shadowbanned I guess
