How to earn privilege to comment on this forum?

Can anyone help me out? As a new member, I can't comment on any thread. It says, "You have no privilege to comment"

If you're trying to comment in the want to buy or hire a freelancer forums you need to be jr vip or above.

You can't post in hire a freelancer or WTB, you can post in other forums though, just like you posted in this one, there is also a support and feedback forum for questions like these....

Clearly you can comment on threads, just happens you've probably tried the 2 that you can't; Want To Buy or Hire Freelancer

I was able to post in the hire a freelancer forum..however, I cannot reply to the posts in my own thread nor can I PM them directly. Seems like you'll have to make a few ore posts before being able to take advantage of these features.

Yellow members can create threads in that section, they just can't reply to their own thread. The Jr. VIPs who respond to your thread are supposed to PM you when you aren't able to do so.

Also, the PM feature is unlocked at 15 posts.
