I saw this thread go by a couple of weeks ago but just assumed it's just another shitcoin being shilled. Wish I would have at least clicked it to see what's up. Well done to the ones that jumped on this.
 
Crazy, I already turned my $25 to $250. Not sure if I should sell now or cash out later since my investment is so low. Thanks for the tip OP.
 
Where do you check the current price of Upfiring? Can someone help me?

This is a good move. With the supply being so low, $1 UFR means only a $15 million dollar market cap. That's totally reasonable within the next year and arguably almost a guarantee if they deliver a product that works well.

Thanks for the advice. It's my first time catching a valuable coin in the ICO stage. Bought 1247 at $.02. A part of me wants to cash out so I can become a VIP and market my writing business here since I've told me I would get decent leads. But from what I read about the coin, I also think it can at least reach a dollar. It's a nice little concept.

100k UFR not $100k of UFR haha. I'm not stupid enough to put that sort of money into something from a BHW tip :p

Exactly. Perhaps some people missed this memo:
On November 19th, all of the excess UFR from the contribution period will be burned. In addition, we are scaling down the supplies that team members/the reserve will hold to be consistent with the percentages in the whitepaper. As such, the total circulating supply will be reduced to 24 million UFR. This should largely increase the value of UFR for token holders. In order to achieve this, 791,000,000.1325 UFR will be burned. Here are the updated values and distributions:

Total Circulating Supply: 24,000,000 million UFR

  • 14.4 million UFR (60%) - held by token holders, ICO contributors, initial bounty campaign participants
  • 5.04 million UFR (21%) - reserve supply, will not be released on the market until warranted (bounty campaigns, airdrops, etc)
  • 4.56 million UFR (19%) - developers, contributors, will not be released on the market until key project milestones are met
791,000,000.1325 UFR will be burned by sending it to the address 0x0000000000000000000000000000000000000000, which is a common burn address used many other projects for the purpose of removing tokens from circulation.

This means the total supply of UFR that will be circulating for trading will be 14.4 million, putting UFR's starting market cap at approximately $225,000-$275,000 (depending on how coinmarketcap calculates the total). I'll be happy to answer any questions about the token burn here.

Profit is profit. I'm not going to judge people for having little patience :) I have no idea what will happen to the price after the 19th, short-term wise. Those tokens were always meant to be burned but perhaps that wasn't clear enough to some folks.
 
Was already following the project but missed the ICO, the price isn't to high though at the moment, going to get some UFR tomorrow

That's true. if I cash out now. I would have multiplied my $25 investment by five. Since my investment is so small though. I'm willing to wait a while before I cash out. What I might do is take some profits if it goes really high, then buy back in when it drops.

I'll put it this way, I am not selling my UFR on ED. I'll wait for it to hit the bigger exchanges before doing anything :) This is, of course, assuming the project devs keep making progress.
