Looking for quality backlinks

Hi guys,

I've been struggling with finding good backlinks tha can get indexed and actually help my websites. I have a few new websites (3-4 months) and I need to add some backlinks. I need your help because the offer is so big here as I really don't know what to do. I've payed (and tried by myself) for some backlinks bot nothing (even after 20 days). I`m checking the progress with online sotware and SEO Spyglass and still I don't see anything.

My initial budget is $20 for some quality backlinks but I will spend a lot more once I find some great permanent backlinks that can help (I`m not expecting first pack, I just want quality permanent)

Whoever has experienced a great seller or if a freelancer has a great offer for me please let me know.

Which type of links have you bought? It's getting harder to rank sites with low quality links that people sell in bulk. Google just ignores most of the automated link building. Therefore, quality PBN links (manually placed links to authority and aged domains) are more important than ever. Quality is over quantity - few good links from authority websites' homepages are better than hundreds of random profile, forum, comment links thrown at your site. It's not a spam game anymore.
