Need help please! Instagram accounts getting disabled!

I do SMM work, and my accounts keep getting disabled. I desperately need help as this is affecting my income. Here are the questions I was told to answer:

1. Were they all banned at the same time?
My old accounts were banned in different times but new accounts were banned at same time (70 all in one day!)

2. What were your daily follow/unfollow settings?
I used to increase its followers by using panel and manually.

3. Were the accounts on different proxies? If so how many per?
No, I don't understand how to do this. I made them on my mobile phone. Would appreciate advice.

4. How old were the accounts?
Few of my account that was 1 years old but nowadays I am losing (they get disabled) accounts that are less than one months old.

5. Were they phone verified?
Old accounts were email verified and also phone. My newer accounts were made by direct (Bangladesh, +88 numbers) sim verified.

Does anyone know how to get my accounts back / make them so they're not disabled?

You need to purchase dedicated IG proxies from good providers over which you can assign a account.

After first login make your accounts do some rest for few days after that you can start with posting a image or two on daily basis .

After a week you can start with follow method in a slow speed , never be fast .

I think your mobile device id has been tracked and that's making your account getting banned as soon you logged in .

Experienced the same issue , even like today I am not able to login or use any account from my primary mobile device.

Man you can use an IG proxies and another server to make sure they not can get any contact between users.
Upload some photos in the first few days for the user to see like active.
You can start with follow method in a slow speed.

1. Do I have to buy and use many different mobile devices to create IG accounts? Or is there a way to use only one?
2. I don't understand how proxies work... I googled it and I still don't get it. Would you mind please explaining? Also, the pricing for IG proxies seems to be very high. How can I do this for cheaper? What do you normally pay per IG account you create?
3. Do you phone-verify all your accounts? Is it a problem to use Bangladesh SIM cards for this?
4. Is there any way to recover all the old accounts I have, which I made using my one device?

2. You also can find applications into play store for proxy management
3. Yes I phone verify all my IG accounts / No problem if you use Bangladesh sim cards

Search for "device id changer" in google playstore and you will find plenty of them. But keep in mind, to get these working you need a rooted phone.

Your main problem seems to be proxy and device you use the accounts. You can't possibly use so many accounts on same device without raising BIG O'L RED flags from instagram.
Get non PVA accounts and aged as well.
Use proxies my friend

Is this enough? Somebody told me you have to use bluestacks + tweaker to also change your wifiMac & IMEI?

By the way: How do u connect a proxy? Because if u do it manual and then log-in to instagram and check your explore feed and then the stories at the top you'll always see the location where u at. Mine is always the place where I'm at while I'm using a proxy (ofcourse I checked it with google or an Ip check app).

Not a phone but my bluestacks is rooted and I can change the device ID etc with the bluestacks tweaker

Do you promote your SMM services (like an SMM panel or something) on IG? If that is correct, I assume you use the DM feature as well?
