You don't understand or maybe i didn't said thing correctly( i want verify if the ip is virgin ie: never used for mailing before).
I use mxtoolbox everyday, i have 5 years in emailing field and still learning

you are too virgin in this case.....
mxtoolbox is free and common and checks 193 max for free.
I have private checker which checks 350 blacklists servers.

You can also check Senderbase.org and see what other IPs are on your same /24 block which they consider "poor".

No ipv4 is Virgin Now.
only Some reserved IPs by ISPs in some countries are not used.
but they dont have datacenter to provide servers.
Only way is to have dedicated connection and running own server in home with such IPs.......
I dont know any other way.

I have knowledge of ISP. this is why said this almost hidden thing .in my country 1 IP costs 2.5$ per YEAR for an ISP

I have this macro:

In this way I will send 15/h for each domain, but I want that all domains comes to an unique queue and the max-msg-rate will be 15/h for all domains.

How do that ? How include all domain to an unique queue ?

List dont impact Dedicated Or VPS.
I configured VPS that Handles 2.8 Million Queue.
And Dedicated Saw 5M and more.
vps or dedicated impacts how mmany IP the provider supports.in my case

Hello,
I have a server pmta configured but I do not understand why there is a big difference between my Input and my Output when I send mails. (23k Input versus 12k output for example). According to the logs, these mails do not even reach the queue and send me the error "5.7.1 Delivery not authorized". Thanks for your time !
