How to add AMP for a Bootstraps HTML website?

Does anyone know how to add AMP (Accelerated Mobile Pages) to existing HTML website?
I have a Bootstraps HTML website and I want to make AMP version of it.

Also, I want to know how to show Google Adsense Ads in AMP version of HTML website. Because in WordPress there are some works to do in order to show ads.
