The VPS package that you are on now should be fine. If your resources usage picks up We will contact you and let you know.
 
I signed up for CenTex hosting yesterday. The support staff is very helpful in getting my new website setup. Definitely recommend them if you are looking for a new host provider.
 
need web hosting that will ignore copyright claims. Can you provide this?

Sorry we are a US based company. We would not be the right provider for that. Check the market place as there are several that list to do that.
 
I have a few questions, so far this looks great, I've been following some of the threads centex is in and waiting for him to make a sales thread here. The company looks promising.

  1. Do you have now, or plan to move to SSD anytime soon on your equipment? (for the self managed VPS's)
  2. If I get a VPS now, can I upgrade with the same discount scale in the future?
  3. What happens when going over bandwidth, what is the price scale on that, and what are the costs to upgrade bandwidth if any?
  4. Do the self managed VPS offerings come with cpanel, or must I buy that as a monthly add-on?

Here is the Answer to your questions.

1. Yes we do have KVM servers with SSD those are in the Dallas Location
2. You can always upgrade your account that is not an issue. The discounts are life time so as long as you keep your service active then the discount could apply to upgrades. The only thing the big discounts would not work on would be dedicated servers.
3. You will get an email notification when you are getting close to going over bandwidth. You have a few options that you can do. Either upgrade the plan that you are on. Add on more bandwidth at that time. Example and Extra 1 TB would be 5 Bucks right now
4. The base price in the sales ad for self managed is without cPanel. You can always add it on during check out.

Sorry we don't But you are free to load whatever you want on your VPS. Just know we are not able to support those programs if you have issues with them.
 
I'm on the inmotion R-1000S reseller plan now. are your reseller plans comparable in terms of features? WHMCS? are they part of the life time 50% off? can you do a seamless migration?

Sorry the Reseller plans are not part of the 50% off.

We are in the process of changing our reseller plans as of right now. For Example our reseller plans are on a Shared Reseller Server. We are changing them over so when you order a reseller account you will be getting a KVM VpS with Cpanel and Manged support. This way you have a true dedicated resources to your account which will also make things easier to when you are ready to upgrade to a Dedicated server.

I'm on WHMCS to manage my accounts, you guys have that too? and will you take care of the migration?
 
Can I install .Net bot programs ? can I access the VPS via RDP thanks
