How to Get All Search Results on Google?

Hello good people.

I am stuck at a crucial point of an experiment.
Is there any way to get all the "About" search results in Google?
Suppose, when I search "California pizza kitchen", Google shows something like:
About 1,69,00,000 results (0.72 seconds)
And when I go up to the 32nd page, the results end [as usual we see] and I can see no search results.

Now, is there any way/plugin/extension/search query/ manupulation/tricks/ technique/ hidden way to see all those About 1,69,00,000 results?

Could you please help me in this please please, please?
Your help would be greatly appreciated.

Google considers the rest of the results not relevant and therefore does not display it for the user. There is nothing you can do. An average google user will never get to page 10, let alone page 32.

i got clicks before from pages containing search terms on page 15 - 20. you did say average though

Thats what John Mueller said. Someone asked him why my keywords are jumping around from page 12 to 20 all the time and he said not to worry about such things. Focus on creating good content and a good user experience and google will rank you well. Then he added that most users are not going to look up to page 10 when doing a google search. Only a website owner who is interested in seo ranking would investigate that far.
