Album release need help with promo

I will be releasing an album in near future and I need some good intel on promotion. I don't know how I should tackle this. I'd figure the record label takes care of these things, but they are "limited on promotion". Anyways.. I was thinking of paying people to shout me out on facebook pages; get a video of a single, upload it on facebook and youtube, link the album through there. Another approach would be to contact some blogs and websites that specialize in my type of music and promote it there. But I'm trying to go global here because it's instrumental music. Should I contact some well known radios and inquire about promo there too? I'd be thankful for any info.

you can use socail media to get noticed more ...

your need to join all the main ones then others..

you coild go full on and use xranker and blast the hell out of everythink possable online in your music niche

becouse the music scene big online could use the dj that are into your type of music send free disc to them.
