Too many crowdfunding campaigns are just scams. Also on this site, if somebody doesn't have the money to fund their own projects then it is possible they don't have the skill to make them work.

Actually the ownership decided it a while back as there were issues in the past with investment "opportunities" where people got scammed.

I'm sure someone can find some of those issues and post links to them - I do remember one being a fair amount of money but don't have the energy right now to go hunting it down.

The problem is that all it will take is one guy to run with the money and people will get pissed off. And it would happen, it would be too tempting to the scammers.

So basically you think we are all rugrats... I want to agree but I cant rest my case. I think this would be suitable... People make their own mind up based on the reputation of the user... Growth of the venture, would create good vibes for those who donated.

I certainly do not think that... I just know the rules in place and why they are in place relative to this subject matter.
