We have seen FB making changes in the past 6 months because of their involvement in US elections fake advertisements. During their fight they made a lot a mistakes (for example on all of our pages sharing links was disabled for a month, then when they realized their mistake we got them back after two weeks). So I presume this is a mistake/bug as well. So I wish you all that your problem get resolved very soon.

And I wouldn't say that FB does not need page owners, because the content we make and publish on FB is one reason why people visit FB more regularly beside the updates of their friends.

Did you follow the test FB rolled out in some countries like Slovakia and Serbia, just to mention the European countries? They tested that pages only had reach if they paid for it. Traffic of the pages dropped by 80% percent the next day and not only businesses got mad on Facebook but basically all the users from these countries, that they can not see the content of those FB pages they liked. After that FB announced that they will never roll this out globally. So yeah, sure , Fb does not need pages at all.

FB deleted over 15 pages tonight! Like 10 pages are removed completely and 5 unpublished. Any one else affected? 90% of the followers were USA. Totalling around 7 million.

Their message was:

I am working for a long time for a Facebook page (In French) with advices for Sport Betting (something totally legal in France) that has more than 70k followers.
Yesterday, we got all disconnected around 3pm and when trying to reconnect, had a strange message about ''one of our publication'' being illegal. We gave the order to delete this publication but it didn't change a thing. Our page is available to us admins but the normal followers just can't see the page any more.

Not sure if it has to do with your news though. But I am very much fucked this morning.

Are you sure you haven't posted any copyrighted/against-TOS content that maybe got reported by your competition?
Have you used any blackhat methods (like buying cheap likes, shares, etc.), or done anything against the guidelines (asking for likes, shares, tags)?

Facebook has been doing this to me intermittently past few days. It only happens on my page. Everything else works fine.

Just Read Facebook will be shutting pages from USA and UK this weekend who hasn't followed TOS.
