I have just bought few accounts (9 for testing - cause I had only 9 proxies left), most of them were from mid 2016 which is ok.

All of them with:
profile pic
1 uploaded pic

8 out of 9 with followers and followings, 2 of them even with around 190 followers and one with 260 followers, which is great. So only one of them with 0 followers and followings.

The registration on my european proxies worked great. Didn't start scraping yet, will give them a day break and start then small.

Additionally, seller provided a file with explanation about how to proceed.

I can recommend him and will buy more soon.
