I have been waiting in live chat for 30 mins and no reply.. I am losing money..
I had explicitly said " I am paying for this one month in advance because i dont want interruption of services.. "

and you said:
" We have set it up that it will be deducted automatically and emails will be sent to you. "

Then why am i facing interruption of service ?

You had a semi-annual plan and you have to pay the full amount for another half a year. You can't be on a semi-annual plan and just pay however much you want. You have to pay the total fee and your website will automatically activate.

I have been given good service by "Stefan van Dooren"
There was a misunderstanding.. I had paid for 2 months renewal and was told ok..but then i found it had to be paid for 6 months only for it to work..
Anyways.. Stephan worked for 30mins - 1 hour to solve this issue. I am thankful to him for this. He is a great guy and solved my queries.. I will rate his service as 5 on 5 stars:

Yes, you will be safe. We do not share any personal data, but you do have to provide it when registering. Paying BTC is always a safer option.
