What is the best Google Adsense Ads unit ?

hello guys i'm using a smeof ads unit but my CTR are weak and i don't earn much money

i'm using Banner ( a responsive ads )

- another responsive ads unit side bar

- Links ads and InArticle ads

now i don't understand why incomeare weak ?

what is the good ads unit and where i can put them

I like 300x250 at beginning, in the middle and at the end of each article. It fits smartphones perfectly and most of traffic nowadays comes from phones.

Inside the article. No point in adding them to side bars when they're not visible on mobile sites. I never prefered link ads.
