hi plz help me how i am rank our website in google top last month i am received msg from google webmaster tools About my site Here the MSG (Thin content with little or no added value)

i am using blackhat niche but google not remove this action can anyone help me how to remove this and rank top in google i am check lots of web rank 1 page in google with blackhat niche (like clash of clans).

i ask about google webmaster and reply me this ::

That reason for manual penalty is given pretty commonly in hack/crack niches. It has nothing to do with actual thin content though. It's given for content lockers for example.
