she's someone I know personally and i'm trying to help her out. she has her btc stuck in their vault because of some secondary verification glitch.

yes! hence the reason they've been giving her the runaround for 3 months. she's about to file an fdic complaint if they don't do something. she's trying to buy a house and can't get her funds.

Well good luck with it. Make sure she has sent a registered/recorded letter to the address detailing the dispute.

she's in the us so idk how that would work.
