Maxbounty Lead Quality

I have recently found a Maxbounty offer that converts on email submit and allows email traffic. I want to promote this offers to my email contacts and would like to begin right away. I was wondering if anyone has experience with using email marketing to promote Maxbounty's email submit offers and how Maxbounty controls their lead submissions. I read their TOS and it states that they rely on their advertiser entirely to determine which leads are valid and which are not. Has anyone ever been contacted by Maxbouty or an advertiser (or even banned) for sending traffic to an email submit offer that they felt was not high quality enough? I just really do not want to get my account into any trouble and want to know if anyone has any good or bad experiences with this. Thanks.

MaxBounty is reputable and has a decent amount of paying CPA/CPL offers. Is there a reason I shouldn't have?

I have yet to be flagged. I've done some sketchy promotions in the past but I guess I didnt send enough traffic for them to notice. I try to stay on the safe side now. They generally wont care as long as the leads you send have some sort of interest in the offer. With most e-mail submits, the advertiser just wants the email.
