Are you guys checking everything manually? isn't there a way you can automate the checks?

I'm sure it's possible to automate to some extent, but the fake reviews and spam accounts tend to differ between each account operator. Without going into too much detail, it doesn't help that some sellers have begun using grey-area tactics for fake reviews.

Good actions, it's really unfair for the legit members/sellers to be spammed by fake members here.

Thanks Apricot, ban all those fake reviews, fake people, imposters, scammers, spammers, we don´t need those type of shitty people on this site. The last part was awesome, I know who you are. I don't know what you want but I do have a very particular set of skills. Skills I have acquired during a platform upgrade. Skills that make me a nightmare for people like you. If you let the fake accounts go now that'll be the end of it. I will not look for you, I will not pursue you, but if you don't, I will look for you, I will find you and I will ban you. - I LOVE THIS!!! Thanks again Apricot!
