If you're already a Jr. VIP (which costs $97+VAT a year), you don't have to buy the Marketplace Seller status to have a sales thread in the Marketplace section.

When you hit 100 posts, you can buy the Jr. VIP membership and from that point you can start a Marketplace thread for $30/year.

if you want to sell on bhw but dont wanna wait until u get 100 posts and apply for vip selling 97$ a year
then users with lower than 100 posts who want to sell soon can buy the other selling account 499 a year

As described in the main post, if there's something you need from one of the upgraded account levels, then you need to upgrade your account to access it.

Yeah, the requirement is still 15 posts. I think it take a little while (about 15-30 minutes) before the PM button appears, though.

You can always try clearing your cache as well.
