How to discover why adsense cpc is higher on a specific article

After 2 years of adsense I can say that my average cpc is $0,07.

But today, on a new article, my cpc was $0,28 with the same traffic, same country.

Is there a way to discover why the cpc was that high?

I'm not sure what are you talking about. I thought that QS is for PPC campaigns. Is there a way to check it for articles outside of PPC campaign?

I've checked adwords keyword tool but I can't see any big difference between that article and any other. Maybe it was only good luck?

Have not been in adsense in long time, but Adsense goes by what people bid on in Adwords

So maybe the article is worth only 5 cents because it is something like long tail keyword that is like 100 words long

A "buy keyword" like buy seo online

I think big factor was title and I think their is a way to highlight by google code what the article is about

I think 5 cents is the bare minimum you can get, google gives you 68% of the adwords price

I'm not using long tail keywords, or anyway, not that long. I don't think this is the problem for the low cpc. The main reason is that the website is in a third country. Anyway, I am trying to find out what was that different in that particular article which caused a 4x higher cpc.
