When Adwords screwed up a few times, they gave me a promo code to use, even after I had my account set up and running. Are there any promo codes out there that Google will recognise even after your account has been live (for years- or whatever)? Just curious?

.Regarding your question if i have reliable seller of Virtual Credit Cards well in past spent the whole bunch of time with testing online services that sell vcc
& checked bank bin numbers and in fact this days bitcoin vcc`s ain't good & it's much harder to find "nonpopular VCC" - which bin ain't flagged by the system.
The cheapest way to do it withought third-party resellers to look at your local banks & check with them if they have VCC service.
For example, my bank which is popular at Scandinavia & Baltics lets me to create unlimited amount per fixed charge.
And believe me this solution will work much better and longer since it's not some online service as Payoneer or Giblardar BTC/VCC it won't get flagged since there are not as many abusers.
So that's how i solved the problem for myself.
& i use Amazon VDS or bruted Dedicated Server (which is quite risky but depends on a task) - If ull google ur gonna find sellers.

Little "Tip" in Estonia there is such thing as E-residency basically you get Estonian ID with which you can sign documents open bank account etc but this, not anything like real citizenship it works purely to attract investors to the country and lets them easy to work in IT sphere distantly while using local E-services since country is quit digitalized and most signatures are made digitally so you need that ID to do some work there and called fancy word E-citizenship you make application and get it from Estonian Embassy and that's your ticket to open a bank account and do what you need to do.
