Can you tell me which is easier to start running campaigns with coupons from Adwords or Bing ?
I think I remember Bing was getting harder to use coupons on.

For US coupon its Spend 25$ get 100$. Things to know in Adwords (depending on a country) there are several ways of payment methods.
1) Prepayment - when u add just # of cash to the account. 2) Postpay method. - When you are given a certain amount as a credit or a threshold (in the US it starts from 50$) & either you will be billed when you reach that limit or at the end of a month.

By that i mean there ways of getting Google Adwords credits withought making real spendings.

From my personal experience, i started with Google Adwords/ & it was certainly easier at some point to deal with than Bing since i grabbed the first Ban from Bing.
But in both cases, they are getting harder to fool, so try to keep it natural. My tip is to concentrate on system & "payment method" it shouldn't be well known VCC or GiftCard. Since Adwords got smarter it may tell you that payment was successfully added but in half an hour your account gets suspended. Bing just will say this type of card cant be used & so on.

The system automatically - sends it to you. Also, I've sent you a link where you can track your orders (& download them) if for any reason you didn't receive an email.
From my side coupon automatically deletes after payment is done.

how do we make multiple accounts

and how do we get the money activated without spending like you mentioned

That's hard to make different identities with Google, you need a bunch of VPS's because proxies won't work great in general. A few years ago you could easily use 30-40 adwords accounts per IP but now 2-3 is a dream.. And for each VPS you'll need a different credit card (for this maybe vcc work I don't know)
 
Anyway for the guy who needs 1 or 2 coupons your thread is great value for the money. Cheers
