Yes but the purpose of the articles will determine the quality you require. If you need money site quality then you are better off having them written by a high quality content writer. If you need filler articles for pbn then you can buy pre prepared articles such as @littlewebdragon provides as in my signature.

If it's tier 1 then filler articles should be fine and the quality is usually pretty good.

Thanks dude! You talking about this guy @littlewebdragon , yes? I saw his page very nice prices! I'm nub on seo, I know all system how it works. I tried this 3 years back but it who's not successful for my so I started to work on mobile apps that whose where successful for my, and few days back I started to learn again about seo. Whyt one article I achieved on hi competitive keyword to first page. So I started realize, that I need to learn seo and I need articles for this. My new project is not started, but I'm planning everything, trying to know all prices that will gonna cost me so start tier 1 backlinks.

I think reusing articles is a bad idea anyway. I suppose for tier 2 you could spin the articles so they appear unique.
