General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) + UK Data Protection Bill

If somebody requests what data you hold of them, you are obliged to provide that, and also provide a plan of how you manage the security of any data.
If you don't do these, you will be fined and shutdown if you work within the EU.

Thats pretty much the summery, have backups and documented processes in place for how you manage the security of that data, and why you feel you should hold it continuously,
if you plan to do that.

Who at the BBFC has the unfortunate job of watching through all these videos to rate them?

The BBFC have always been a joke, they seemed to relax a little at the start of the millennium but having them as the regulator for porn sites is crazy.
